Your opportunity

We are looking for an experienced B2B focused Business Development Representative to be the first of our sales team

Your responsibilities

• Prospecting, Strategizing, Qualifying and producing quality leads with the Head of Sales;
• Prospects into target accounts via high volume cold-calling (50-70 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach;
• Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions;
• Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts;
• Confirm customer needs and develop initial customer profile;
• Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team;
• Collaborate and strategize with Marketing and Head of Sales.

Your profile

• You are native Spanish speaker & fluent in English
• Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
• Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
• 50+ cold calls & emails per day
• Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS space is a plus
• Team player and self-motivator
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Crush your goals and have fun while doing it!

Bonus Points ✨

• Have experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel
• Have experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company
• Have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns
• Know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity.
